Instructions

This section is for:

  • Changing the location of a biography on a website such as moving it to an alumni section.
  • Adding an already existing biography to a website. (All Department of Surgery faculty, residents and clinical fellows have existing biographies.)
  • Renaming or reordering sections under the People, Meet the Team or similar menu dropdown
  • Creating a taxonomy people listed in sections for a new website OR revamping the reorganization of an existing People/Meet the Team sections.

Requried Document

Please create and upload a word or excel document precisely spelling out the desired changes.  If the changes are extensive, please use a word table or excel spreadsheet with column names. 

  • if a person is being moved to a new section, indicate what section the person is currently listed in and what section they should be moved to
  • To add a person with an existing Department of Surgery biography on the website, eg. faculty, resident, fellow, please provide their full name, degrees and what program they belong to: ex. general surgery resident
  • Anyone not currently on the website needs to submit a biography separately on the web support portal.
